The Western Equipment Dealers Association offers legislative representation in areas of both the United States and Canada.

In the United States, our organization provides representation in the state capitols of Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. In Canada, our organization covers the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. These are the specific areas where the Western Equipment Dealers Association works full-time to identify and track the bills and legislative issues relevant to our members.

The goal of our association, in terms of federal legislation, is to assist our members with their questions and issues concerning federal and state government agencies. By monitoring the legislative issues that are facing each state or province, our association keeps you educated on the issues most relevant to the independent retailer, so that you can run your business while we handle government policy.

The Western Equipment Dealers Association is also a member of the Southwest Council of Agribusiness (SWCA). The SWCA is an alliance of agricultural organizations, financial institutions and businesses, established to actively advocate for strong agricultural policy.
